Progress



  The progress I have made with my fitness journey has been a REAL struggle. Every inch, every pound is so much work.  I have been seriously fighting this for a while. I posted a picture of my up to date progress.  So far I have lost 47lbs and about 5 pant sizes. I am not actually even sure of my true pant size so I need to figure that out. I am guessing I have about 3 more to go, to be back to my smallest. It's fun being able to buy med/small dresses and clothes again.  I still feel huge and I hate that, especially my stomach.  I am working on that now.  Typically at a gym session I will burn about 530 calories and usually do about 4-6 miles.  I eat any where from 800-1000 calories a day and all of that being whole grain and full of fiber/protein. I drink a lot of water..no pop or anything really besides my coffee/water and occasionally if I want to add the calories some wine.  I don't cheat, haven't in 3 months and really don't feel the urge. I am seeing slow steady progress so its ok and thankfully its not summer yet. I have a 7 pound goal for the next 4 weeks and I would be happy with 5 but 7 would be great!!
